Cyful is a cybersecurity and cyber risk intelligence product developed and operated by Cykube Ltd. The Cyful website provides:
- General information about the Cyful platform
- Educational material related to cyber risk
- Access to limited public tools such as the Free Cyber Risk Assessment (the "Assessment")
- A way to contact Cykube Ltd. for inquiries
The Assessment described below is available to both individuals and organizations submitting basic information through the website. Ongoing use of Cyful in production or enterprise environments — including any paid, integrated, or recurring use — is governed only through a separate written agreement with Cykube Ltd.
02 Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with website functionality or security
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code
- Scrape or extract website data without permission

03 Free Cyber Risk Assessment
The Assessment provides a high-level automated overview for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice and may not be used for any operational, financial, security, or business decision-making.
The Assessment works by checking the email address you submit against known data breach records and other publicly available indicators, using third-party threat-intelligence and breach-data providers. Details of how this data is processed, stored, and retained are set out in our Privacy Policy.
You may only submit an email address that you own or are otherwise authorized to check. Submitting another person's email address without their knowledge or authorization is prohibited. To help protect against misuse, your report is delivered only to the email address you submitted and is not displayed or sent anywhere else.
Where a breach source would otherwise reveal sensitive personal information (such as an indication of health, sexual orientation, religious belief, or political opinion), we generalize or withhold that specific source name in your report.
The Assessment, and any score or report it produces, is informational only. It must not be relied upon — by you or by any third party — as the sole or primary basis for an underwriting, credit, employment, insurance, or other decision about an individual.
04 No Services Provided Through the Website
The Cyful website does not provide cybersecurity consulting, security testing, insurance, or managed security services. Any engagement requires a formal written agreement with Cykube Ltd.
05 Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Cykube Ltd. Reproduction or reuse without prior written consent is prohibited.
06 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent otherwise permitted by law, the website and the Assessment are provided "as is" without warranties. Breach and exposure data referenced in the Assessment is sourced in part from third parties, and Cykube Ltd. does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Cykube Ltd.'s liability for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on the Assessment is limited to loss that was a reasonably foreseeable result of Cykube Ltd.'s breach of these Terms. Terms may be updated at any time.

This website and the Assessment are not directed at individuals under 18. Cykube Ltd. does not knowingly collect data from minors.
